It’s not a quick process choosing the stone for your home. You’ve sat with the architects and designed your project; your plans are signed off and in the meantime there is the stone to choose. It takes time. Samples selected and compared and then making that decision final. As a small company we enjoy being part of that process, seeing the plans so we can envisage what your project will need, offer stone finishes for you to select from and then colour along with your options for choice of the sawn masonry and worked stone masonry elements. We build a working relationship with our customers, making sure you are happy with everything and being there if you need us, we will even pop out to site too.
Once you have given us the green light for your project, we don’t disappear, we are still here organising the production of the stone, sawing and carving the masonry elements and then if required, arranging the transport to the site.
We also know that towards the end of the project there may be minor sections to be ordered to finish off the project. As we are a small friendly company, we anticipate this and therefore we keep a close eye on the end goal ; we are always here should you need us.
As we work with Natural Cotswold Stone, Bath Stone and Forest of Dean Pennant Sandstone we understand our products extremely well and can advise the best option for you. Our understanding of the character and nature of the stone, together with our working relationship with our clients is what has given us an enviable reputation and therefore a strong repeat customer business.
