Mickleton Hills Farm Name Stone

We were recently commissioned to create something truly special for a local wedding venue, Mickleton Hills Farm. A beautiful, rural setting tucked away in the heart of the Cotswolds. The centrepiece? A large, natural block of Cotswold Stone, hand-picked for its character and warm, honeyed tones.

Our resident Stone Mason set to work carving this stunning piece, transforming it into a bespoke name stone that now proudly marks the venue. Every letter was hand-chiselled with care, showcasing the timeless skill and precision of traditional stone carving.

This unique stone plaque will act as more than just a sign—it’s designed to be a focal point. Guests will be drawn to it for photos, capturing memories of the day with the beautiful backdrop of the Cotswold countryside. In doing so, it not only becomes part of each couple’s story but also serves to organically promote the venue, appearing in wedding albums and social media posts alike. There’s something incredibly special about working with natural Cotswold Stone—no two pieces are ever the same, and each project carries its own story. For Mickleton Hills Farm, this stone will stand for years to come, a lasting symbol of celebration, craftsmanship, and countryside charm
